Recently when I found some blunder in the behavior of my college going son, I taught of Diagnosing And Changing Organizational Culture to my son. First I visited his college and met the principal and enquired about his behavior in the college. His principal gave me a good chit about his performances and told me that there is no need for any diagnosing and changing organizational culture for him. His principal also advised me to patiently hear about all his happiness and grievances when he narrates these things in the family. He also told me that my son commits some blunder when his family members ignore him.
