Mortgage Company Fears from a Future Homeowner
I’m currently looking for a mortgage company that has the best rate possible. After a few rough years, I’ve gotten my finances in line to the point where I am ready to buy a house. Because I have been saving money for so long, I want to make the right decision. There seems to be so many factors involved. I am still confused about which type of mortgage to go with. I’ve heard all of the horror stories, or course, but I’m hoping the mortgage company I use will give me credible advice based on my current salary and the money I have in my savings. It’s crucial I get this process right. Friends of mine have helped a great deal and supplied me with a list of mortgage companies they have used and trust. When I’m not worrying about making a mistake I am daydreaming about the house I will eventually own and leave to my children.
