After you have looked at how much time should be allocated to each task, it is important to look at your deadlines. What tasks need to be worked on first? Always allow yourself a little extra time than what you think a task will take you so you aren’t stressed when nearing a deadline.
When you start a big project, allow yourself some time to brainstorm and outline. Whatever amount of time you need to do this, allow yourself that time. Then, after you have done the whole outline of the project, start working on it in chunks. Actually take chunks of your outline and work on these pieces one by one which works quite well for my internet business.
