Dieting Your Way to Weight Loss

I have found that since I turned thirty, dieting is not enough to keep the weight off.  I have to b active.  Just because activity is a must, does not mean it has to be bad though.  I have had fat loss plans before, where they ask you to go to the gym four times a week.  Instead of going through that hassle, try something new.  Learn how to salsa dance, or maybe even ice skate.  Before you know it, you will be active again, and the best part of all of it will be that you are losing weight!  A healthy lifestyle makes for a healthy you.
