Fat Loss 4 Idiots will help you lose some weight in a short amount of time, but it won’t solve the underlying problem of why you were overweight in the first place. There are a bunch of other weight loss programs that might help this problem.
I just suggest looking around. Fat Loss 4 Idiots does work, but it’s not the only solution available.
