Helping My Buddy Jake
My friend is going through a tough break up right now and I have been hanging out with him to show my support. It is never easy to talk about these things because it is hard to know what to say. I was reading this article on how to help your friend during a break up and it says to just be supportive and patient. Most people get really defensive during these moments, so you have to be careful on what suggestions you make. I think I will just let Jake figure it on his own, but I am still going to be there if he needs someone to talk to.
