I have a very large house. I also have a very large extended family. During the holidays, I have my entire family over. We eat dinner, exchange gifts, and socialize. We often talk about what has happened in our lives over the past year, as many of my family members only return to their hometown once each year. They only come for Christmas. I use dining chair slipcovers during the holidays. My dining room chairs are made of wood, so they are easy to wipe off if someone drops food or spills a beverage on them. I use the slipcovers for decorative purposes only. I love to decorate for the holidys, and the slipcovers make the dining room look more festive.
