Our New Building
When the real estate agent told us that we could afford the building, my heart almost skipped a beat. She said that it was possible through a new loan types called manufactured home loans. I really was not interested how it was able to be, just that we were able to start fixing it up the next day. We began, and before we knew it, we had a building that was ready to rent to tenants. Renters came out of the woodwork, and we were full in almost a month. It is a great business, and I am so happy to be apart of this community.
