Property Inspections for a Flip Property
I love to watch the shows on television where they take a house, fix it up, and then sell it for a profit. Some of the people on these shows really know what they are doing, and almost always make a significant amount of money. However, every once in a while, they show the experiences of a novice flipper who skimps on everything and doesn’t even bother with property inspections. I can’t even imagine buying any property without an inspection. They are so worth the money. Whenever there is an episode where someone skips this step, they always lose their shirt in the end.
