Why would I buy property in Bugaria?
With relatives all over Europe I am constantly being asked by family to invest in real estate. My uncle wants me to buy a property in Bulgaria to fix up and rent for additional income. I am a bit skeptical of all of this because I am here in the states. He says he will property manage for me and make a few trips a year to check on the place and make sure the tenants are keeping everything in good shape. It sounds like a good idea and I do trust my uncle. He has made very good decisions in the past.
