Model Horse Ranches
Sapphire Ranch, Emerald City Stables, Diamond T Bar Showroom, and Turquoise Teepees are names that make me think of blue skies, puffy clouds, windswept prairies with mountain vistas in the background and horses running in their pasture. I have created a series of backgrounds for people who collect Breyer Model Horses. I always dreamed of living in the west and could not leave my family ties in the east. So I settle for visits to Montana and Wyoming, and upon my return I set up miniature ranches for collectors to place their model horses. It brings in just enough income to keep me looking forward to my next trip out west.
