HP Computer Hardware Issues
If you have experiencing with problems on your HP computer then your first instinct might be to jump onto the phone and call customer service. Wait! Before you get on the phone with customer service which can take a while try to fix the problem yourself by doing some Basic Computer Troubleshooting.
First and most simple but can be overlooked is check the basic system parts of your computer. Make sure your hp computer is plugged in and that the cables connected correctly. Check the cables themselves for any kind of damage. Then make sure that your power sources are in working order. Sometimes the outlet that your computer is plugged ican be faulty or the surge protector may have shut off due do a small power surge. If you have a wireless keyboard and/or mouse problem then make sure that the batteries are charged. You can usually tell the batteries are going out because the keyboard and mouse will stop working.
